I like that these options exist because there are no options for small kids to play sports in school anymore. The only thing I don't like is that my husband really wanted to coach, and he did everything he was supposed to do in order to be able to. Well nothing ever came of it. I reached out to the contact I have for i9, and I never heard anything back. Now the season is almost over. It's not that big of a deal, we will try again next time, but it was a disappointment that we weren't able to participate in our kids first go at sports. But we will be back, we have 3 other kids ready to play!!! The volunteers and staff we've came in contact with have all been super nice and professional. There isn't a thing that we don't like about it! It would be nice if there was a family discount maybe? Like I have 3 small kids, but could only afford to sign one of them up this season. Maybe something like a multi-kid discount would be helpful to everyone I'm sure!!

This is my son’s first time playing flag football and he absolutely loves it! His coach has already taught him so much and he’s excited to continue to play.

My daughter was new to team sports. As an almost-11 year old, this was intimidating to her as most children enroll in soccer, baseball, football, basketball etc. fairly early (ages 5-7). She was very concerned that she would be ostracized for her lack of technical skill or soccer knowledge. This was quite the opposite. The staff at I9 has been absolutely wonderful since day one. I have never seen my daughter so happy, self confident, and self assured as she has been in the last few weeks since her season started. Although there are kids on the team who are much more skilled than she is, they all seem to have such a mature and accepting attitude towards the kids who are less skilled. My daughter leaves the field (even after losses) excited about the following week and absolutely beaming from ear to ear. We will definitely be reenrolling next spring and we’ll be bringing our younger daughter as well. Thank you all so much for providing this program, we cannot say enough nice things about I9.
I like being able to sign my son up for sports with I 9 for him to play with other kids and get exercise without spending a lot of money.

I enjoy the way the coaches encourages the kids. Each child is allowed to play a variety of positions and is given a chance to show their strength in that position.
Love the same day practice and games! It’s worked out well especially having two children doing the program. They can both go on the same day!
I love the organization and also the communications. Coach Roger has been an AMAZING coach, he is patient, kind, and encouraging. Our son very much looks forward to Saturdays. :) I also love that it is for 6 weeks at a time, it is the perfect chunk of time.

This program is very organized. The coaches actually engage with the children and teach fundamentals. The games are also fun to watch. I will be bringing my child back next year.
