We have had so much fun this season! The once a week commitment is amazing for our family!
I will be giving my honest opinion in hopes to see improvement in areas that are needed.
Overall I like the program as far as the different local sites(within 5-10 minutes from home). There is constant year round programs. There is great communication(text or email) on program details. Our favorite type of program has been the clinics. The reason being is that there is at least one staff member. I would prefer minimum two so the kids have multiple members to interact with. During the regular team season it's a toss up if we will have a coach or not. We played 3 seasons and parents were not willing to volunteer because of the lack of knowledge of the game(soccer). My son has played on a different league in the past where we had a coach and the fee was slightly less. I do not like the last minute change of sites, last minute clinic postpone dates, no banners or info table on first day of clinic, especially for the first time at that site. It is slightly better during game season. There is no clear field number markers(Ontario schools). The first day you need to walk around and ask what field you are on and 2 times we didn't have a coach to even look for on day one. Thank goodness we had a couple that volunteered themselves for the entire season(twice). Perhaps an incentive should be offered to the first two people that choose to volunteer. Money off their child's registration, gear, etc...
Overall my son has enjoyed playing with I9, it's the parents that have to deal with the headaches.
Coach is skillful and willing to give every kid tryout and chance to play. My kid can gain skills from lessons and will be willing to attend classes next month!
How inclusive the organization is with all kids.
Low level of commitment when just trying to introduce sports fir the first time to a kid. Coach Joshua is awesome with the kids!

Everything and everyone
My daughter has two very devoted coaches. We like the program because it doesn’t involve weeknight practices. It has allowed my daughter to learn.
So great that the kids get to play many positions- this helps them receive better overall understanding of the Full game! We are so enjoying our very first season of flag football! High marks for this efficient organization!
