The coach is very kind and treats everyone with respect and equality. There are no preferences, my son loves to go. It's a lot of fun for him.
Practice on game day
Organization, diversity of skilled players, chance for kids to learn a sport but have fun with it. Coaches for my child’s team are so kind, friendly and helpful in teaching the young girls in playing.

Ease of sign up, friendliness of staff and the willingness of the administration to try and accommodate any and all of our requests! It's a great organization that my boys love playing in!
Coach A and Coach Alfred are awesome. They have great personalities and try to make every player feel welcome and comfortable. They have a fantastic ability to read individual skill levels and provide excellent guidance to improve those skills. They have great situational awareness of their teams and provide equal attention to each player regardless of skill level. They clearly have a passion for soccer and coaching.
I'm always a fan of constructive criticism because there's always room for improvement but it's difficult to provide it for the coaches so I'll focus on the environment. Access to public restrooms is a must. Especially, for those with multiple children in back to back sessions. 2+ hours without a bathroom is a problem.

Positive coaching and celebrating effort over scores as kids develop new skills. I appreciate the focus on teamwork and encouraging others.
The programs are designed to teach the sport but most importantly values that children will carry for the rest of there life. I started with i9 two years ago and was fortunate to meet Coach Lionel and he took my family in as his own and worked with my son William in different sports and became a figure that my son looks up to. This present season I’m actually coaching baseball and I never thought I could do it but have learned through watching all these mentors how to put it all into action and I can’t say enough. My experience is nothing but great and I’m forever grateful to the great men and woman that have welcomed our family into the community

Well organized, great coaches and amazing customer service!
The coaches of the 3-4 year olds have been great! They are so patient with the kids and do phenomenally helping the kids transition from one activity to the next. This is a tough age to keep kids on track. They do a great job keeping things fun! I can really see the confidence in the kids building.
The only change I would make to is to reduce the time to 45-50 minutes rather than 1 hour. It’s tough keeping the kids attention for that long.

I like how patient the coaches are with the little ones my son is 3 and he loves his coach. I love how organized i9 operates with practices, games and timeframes. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to put their kids in this program
