initially we were drawn to i9 for its practice and game, same day schedule. I feel the i9 program is a great introduction to team sports. The children are taught basic fundamentals of their chosen sport, with a positive, fun attitude. I love the sportsmanship, and integrity, that each coach and member of management, has encouraged, as well as displayed. I appreciate family environment i9 encourages.

The convenience of one day practice and game. I love the level of competitiveness. My children like sports but they are not trying to be NFL or NBA stars. This program allows them learn all the great things about playing sports without the pressure other leagues may apply to the children. Win or lose the children have a great time and that builds confidence in themselves.
Great program for beginners who have never played a sport!
The structure, great format, and prompt responses. Refs are much better than other leagues.
Time efficient
I like having practice and the game all on the same day. It’s so convenient for busy families who don’t have time to commit to practices during the week and games on weekends. I do wish there were separate boys and girls teams by the 2nd or 3rd Grade. I find that as the kids get older the girls get excluded in the plays by the boys since the boys are the majority. The coaches try to correct this behavior but there is only so much a coach can do in an active game. I feel if there were all girls team, the girls would have more exposure and gain a better understanding of the sport they are participating in.
One day
The central communications - all communications - are extensive and timely. It’s awesome. In other organizations, it depends on the coach and communication can be touch and go. Such a bummer about the Fall washout but it can’t be helped! I’ve alteady recommended i9 to neighbors.
