ServiceMaster responded very quickly to my urgent situation. It was a Saturday when I called for cleaning service, and I had someone at my house well within 2 hrs. The gentlemen were very helpful and very professional. The follow up visits on Sunday and after normal working hours Monday & Tuesday to check the status of the cleanup was unexpected and awesome. Great service all around!

When our basement flooded and we called ServiceMaster they were quick to respond. They worked hard and did a great job. I felt that they really cared about making sure our home was cleaned up and taken care of.

They were ON TIME, very knowledgeable, VERY neat when they had to remove flooring and dry wall. I did not have to go behind them and clean up. With the mess the leak caused I really did not need anything else to clean. Completely dried everything out.
