AS I had mentioned on the paper that I filled out when he had completed, I was very happy with Mark. I felt he was very professional, and I always felt that he explained everything to me so that I understood it. He also had answers to any questions I asked. What I liked the most, is he kept me in the loop of showing me the readings and such. Which made me know that I was NOT being ripped off by someone. (sorry, just trying to be honest, some people out there arent). He also called and was at my home when he said he would be. I have nothing negative that I could even say. :-)

The service providers go about their business very professionally and efficiently.
Your team including Rudy, Nick,Keith, etc that were at our home a few weeks ago were fantastic. They took extreme care with the removal of the damaged areas, were courteous, professional, and easy to work with. They made a stressful situation easier to handle with their level of professionalism.
