They responded quickly to help us secure a broken window resulting from a burglary. They came and boarded up the window the same night, which helped give my family a sense of security. I also appreciated the updates of when they will arrive to do the work and kept us informed during the entire process. They were professional and did an excellent job cleaning up the broken glass and boarding the window. Thank you very much.
The crew arrived within minutes of me calling my Insurance Company. As soon as the plumber finished his repairs, the team jumped right in and got everything cleaned up so we could get by that night. They were back first thing in the morning and completed the tearout and cleaned up all the soiled towels that I had used to mop up the floor. Everything was inventoried, so I had a record of what was damaged, for replacement purposes. The team was very professional and considerate. I felt completely confident in there ability to do a good job. We were on our way to Alaska and my house sitters were here to let the team in to complete the restoration. When we arrived home everything was finished except for the new carpet which was on order. The work was done to perfection. I was very pleased. As soon as the carpet was in stock, they came back, renoved all the furniture, the carpet was laid, and then the team returned all the furniture to the room. Amazing job, everything went smoothly. They met and exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone. Thank you so much.
