The team at ServiceMaster worked extremely hard and diligently to insure that my family could have Christmas at home this year. After experiencing a flood in our upstairs which leaked downstairs and incurring a bill of around $15,000 we thought there was no chance of us spending Christmas in our house, seeing that it happened on Dec. 5th. Brent helped us through the entire process and with constant communication by him we were able to get everything in place so that our son (almost 2 years old) had Christmas at home! Talk about the best Christmas gift someone can give! I'm so grateful for everyone at ServiceMaster for all their help and hard work because the way my son's face lit up Christmas morning in our own home almost made me cry. We got back in our house the Thursday before Santa arrived and I must have said thank you at least 100 times to Brent and all the contractors he's had out to the house of the past weeks. I really can't express how happy I am with the professionalism, work ethic, and care that went into helping my family by ServiceMaster! Thank you Brent! and everyone at ServiceMaster! The two servicer were professional and explained everything that they were doing and how the process would take place. From the time Lisa called I have basically left everything to her as she works directly with my insurance adjuster.
