When I would come out to see Donna and Tim they would walk me through my shoppe and show me what they were cleaning and what they just finished. Also explained how they work and place things so nothing would get broken. They really have a wonderful system. When they finished a room it was set up so lovely, and all I could say was OMG and smile.
