Josh was also very professional and took the time to work with my schedule when making time to come back every day to do his monitoring and equipment adjustments.

The men who worked downstairs were very personable. I was amazed how little dust got away from them. The plastic sheets they used rolled up to the ceiling and were very unobtrusive at night. The men made sure through the environmentalist that there was no asbestos present. We were impressed with how professional the company was.

They were very organized and were able to quickly start drying out our floors and carpet. Dusty kept us up-to-date on the status of our "disaster" and the steps needed to make repairs. He worked with our insurance company to make sure everything was getting taken care of. They were flexible and made the final repairs a smooth and stress-free process.
