The people were AWESOME!!! I was in shock and wondering what I needed to do. I had a sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach. They came in and took care of everything. They helped me get my belongings out and in a safe area then they vaccumed out all of my water. When the water was contained they started looking for the leak. When they could not find the leak they helped me get a plumber who fixed my problem. They returned to take readings to make sure no mold was growing and that my home was ok and safe. They then cleaned my carpets and made them look like new again.
I will definatley recommend them to others. (And have already through sharing my experience with my friends and colleagues.) I have already stored their contact information in my phone.
They came when I was upset and confused and helped me through the process, giving me peace of mind.

The only minus I experienced was that the shutters and window screen were not replaced at the conclusion of the work. I'm hoping the general contractor will replace them, at the conclusion of their work, for me.
