We had water in 3 bedrooms, halls, closets etc. Our toilet stuck in the night and ran several hours before anyone noticed. Servicemaster Came in and did a very good job they got right to work and let me know what needed to be done and they started doing it and when they Have to set up the fans they came back every day to check on them and make sure things were drying out like they said when things were drive they came back take care of business cleaned every thing up and left it in pretty good shape

While contacting my insurance company during our flood American Family gave me three companies they use for restoration ,I just picked one. I am pleased with my quick decision. Servicemaster was at my residence in less than an hour of contact and started the restoration process wich prevented any other damage that could have happened. They followed up daily and always contacted me with update of the restoration. They took good care of my mother's house and I would recommend to friends, family, or business associate.
