Im still waiting to get the whole situation figured out including whether I am to replace the wet insulation that was removed.
The people at ServiceMaster were very friendly and professional - they came to our house when we needed them most and didn't hesitate even though it was Saturday evening. They left us a heater to use when they found out our furnace was damaged and we didn't have any heat. Our insurance company worked great with them and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Thank you ServiceMaster, we will definitely be calling if we need furthur assistance.

I would have rated "10" if I didn't have to pay for the insulation which replaced the water soaked insulation removed by Servicemaster. This came as an unpleasant surprise to me especially since according to my notes of the conversation between the Project Manager and the Insurance Adjuster, replacing the insulation was to be part of the job...and not at my expense.
They were very though on performing the cleanup and restoration process. Getting the job done in a timely fashion .
The reps were out to my house very quickly, and were willing to explain each step of their process, ensuring that I was kept informed as to what was being done.

Where to begin!?!?!?! First, I'm on the other side of the country and rely on the quality and integrity of teams I will most likely never meet to help me with disasters. In this case, the urgency was even greater as my tenants were unable to live in the unit due to the negligence of the owner above my unit, so relying on Service Master was vital. Service master came through - treating me as if I were family, and my tenants like their own kid sisters. While I've not been able to see any of the work, based upon what I've been told it is very high quality.

The water damage was explained and the fans that were brought in helped dry out the flooring in the adjacent area. Staff who placed and removed the fans were informative.
ServiceMaster took care of all the details that I would not of even known to ask for. The service was wonderul, all staff that attended to my home were neat, tidy and very respectful of my things and privacy. I am beyond impressed. I will and have recommended this service.
