The store had a variety of running shoes to choose from. Customer service was great.

Fitting is the key for me.
Very friendly and professional! I loved how she took time to try different shoes and insoles! My feet feel like I'm walking on pillows!
They are the BEST- very knowledgeable, friendly and I love the foot scanner that personalizes the details of each persons feet, for the perfect fit.
Trish was very thorough with my shoe selection and fit. The shoes that I selected seem to be a good fit. Excellent customer service and prices are fair.

Very helpful and friendly! I came in after my son’s Physical Therapist recommended Fleet Feet for feet scans and new shoes. Unfortunately there wasn’t a lot of options for kids. I HIGHLY recommend getting more kid selections for this reason: PT suggested a more supportive shoe for my son’s ankles turning in. Tupelo, MS has NO places like this except for a home care business. Kids do not want to wear ugly shoes either! The sales gal brought the two options she had and my son picked which he liked best. (And they are cute!) Maybe I also grabbed a cute Lululemon top while I was there! Will def shop there again!

I came in knowing exactly the shoe I wanted to purchase for my husband as it was what he has worn for years. I wanted the newly released model. The sales associate who helped me had nothing positive to say about it and actually was negative towards Brooks and the only other shoe my husband had tried per recommendations at the WS store. The sale almost did not happen as I almost preferred to leave Clemmons, drive to WS location just to deal with another person.
I loved how personal it was and how knowledgeable the person was who helped us. my only complaint was that I had bought a pair of shoes the week before in my $15 credit did not show up.

I’m new to the running community and this was my first time in Fleet Feet. I have to shout out Kayla at your Davenport, Iowa, Elmore Avenue store. She was beyond amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable and super kind. She took her time with me and I was not rushed or pushed into a sale. As an owner of a hospitality service business my standards of service are high. This was by far the best customer experience I’ve had in a really long time, especially in this area. Well done! You’ve made a loyal customer.

Great product line; friendly, helpful sales personnel.
I like the personalized customer service and the fact that you can scan my feet to get the proper shoes and size. The salespeople are knowledgeable and helpful which makes finding the right shoe easier. I also like getting Fleet Feet rewards. Since I have knee problems and walk every day, I need to replace my shoes at least every 6 months.
Peter was simply amazing to work with. He was attentive, knowledgeable and really took the time to explain each shoe and what it would do for me. I would recommend anyone - any age, size, etc. - to visit Fleet Feet and Peter.
