Thank you for taking the time to review your visit to Fleet Feet South County. I'm sorry that you're so disappointed with the products that you purchased from our store. It sounds like you are really upset, and I wish that wasn't the case. Our fit process is designed to identify footwear solutions that will be the best for your feet and your needs.
It sounds like you didn't think the outfitter listened to you very well. Our ultimate goal is to use our expertise and your requests to find the best choices for you. It is ideal to have an equal partnership between outfitter and customer to gain success.
The great thing about shopping at a specialty store such as ours is our generous return policy. Our return policy states "If an item you purchased at a Fleet Feet store or on fleetfeet.com doesn't make you happy by the way it performs, looks or fits, you can return it within 60 days* for a full refund. That's our Happy Fit Guarantee." This information is printed on your receipt, is on our website, and we would be happy to chat about it on the phone or in the store.
I would invite you to come back into the store before July 13 and we can address the concerns you have about the shoes and inserts. You did spend a lot of money with us, and we very much value your happiness. I apologize that we fell short of your 10/10 expectations. It is our mission to serve each customer with consistently excellent customer service and products. A goal that we clearly missed with you and for that, I apologize.

I love that there is a shoe store that actually takes the time to help you find the right shoes. I intended to go in and look and walked out buying 2 pairs of shoes. Your staff is kind and I never felt rushed to make a decision.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. I had my three young children with me and no one seemed bothered that they were in the store with me. I had my feet analyzed and shoes suggested. They were patient while I decided which shoe to go with. Overall it was a lovely experience!

Ellen, the sales person in your Mt Juliet store, was very knowledgeable and comfortable to talk to. Wasn’t pushy, listened and didn’t rush me. A truly pleasant experience. I’d definitely come back, and would definitely refer the store (and her) to others.

I bought a pair of shoes from Fleet Feet store last week. They were so helpful, they did not try to sell you a pair of shoes, but Dennis listened to my problems with my feet and then looked for shoes that might work for me. The store was packed with people and I could see why. It was satisfied customers returning! I will definitely be back when I need another pair.

Your associate Vince took so much time with us explaining what shoes are best for us and why! We looked at several brands and he made many trips back to find the best fit and feel and color that worked for our feet. We are no longer runners but finding a great shoe for walking and chasing grandchildren is just as important for us! Thank you Vince for your patience and sharing your knowledge on what’s best for us!
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly! Getting your feet scanned for measurements greatly improved the fit of the shoes and helped pick the proper insoles.

The person that I dealt with wasn’t that nice. I understand your store gets busy on the weekends however, that’s not a good reason to treat people that way. Especially when I can get the same sneakers at dsw for $40.00 less.

Love the wife selection of shoes. Not limited to only a couple brands. I like the 3D scan and your sales associate explained everything about the scam very well. She made sure I understood what everything meant and did a great job at getting me the pair that best fit my needs. We didn't feel rushed or pushed towards a certain brand of shoe.

sales person was excellent. he brought out current shoes for the buyer, but offered some other options that he thought would fit better. we bought one of the options which did fit better.
other sales person was also helpful. we did not buy the shoes yet because of inability to choose a color.
your staff seems knowledgeable, competent and pleasant. you have a great selection of shoes. we seem to buy all our running/walking shoes from you.

I received great service! Greeted nicely as soon as I walked in the door. Didn't have to wait very long to be assigned a salesperson. The salesperson seemed knowledgeable. I gave a ranking of eight because all businesses and people have room for improvement! No business or person is perfect . . . .
Product selection and customer service was superior!
I wasn't happy with the way the shoes felt when I wore them. The Asics shoes I purchased were so uncomfortable, that I couldn't even make it out of my house. I told the salesperson helping me that I needed extra support because I'm a Disabled veteran, and I'm heavier than I used to be. But he talked me into getting some inserts that were too firm, when I told him I needed more cushioned support. Now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes I can't use. I spent over $800 there, and it was a waste of money. My Aunt had the same kind of experience, but I had to see for myself. Not happy, and you've lost a customer.
