The help is great at the store in Huntsville. Always helpful and polite.
Great service and the product selection was amazing... only issue and not that big of a deal. But was told by a fellow firefighter that we were given a discount when shopping there. But appears not the case or the service member just forgot! However, I’m still impressed and will be back for sure!!

Hoka Bondi 5 is the only shoe that tale my feet pain away. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I have already recommended this place to my coworkers and 2 of them are also in love with the Hoka. Thank you!

Great, knowledgable staff. Very dismissive when I wouldnt pay for inserts. I just spent $120 on new running shoes, why do I need inserts as well.

i like that most of the employees spend as much time with me as it takes to find the right shoe.
i also like that you have a record of all the shoes i have bought so it's easy for me to walk in and buy a shoe that i haven't worn in a bit.
some of the employees seem more knowledgeable than others.
i also wish the credit voucher was still good for 6 mos. i've managed to miss out on the last 2 bc they are only good for 90 days. .my fault entirely, but 6 mos was more reasonable to me.
I only come to Fleet Feet when I need to get fitted running shoes for a half marathon. I like the expert advice & friendly staff. I only trust this store for my running needs.

I walked in holding the Karhu’s I bought last time because I love them so much. The sales associate knew exactly what I wanted and got me in and out in 15 mins plus she helped me use my rewards!
Educated staff member. Ryan extremely helpful and well spoken. He explained every step of the sizing and fit process. My husband is going to schedule an appointment for a sneaker fitting and is bringing his golf shores along for orthotics, Thank you Ryan!
