You are very friendly and personable. You take the time to invest in the customer and are patient. You also have a knowledgable staff who are runners/walkers and know what they are talking about. Thank you for taking the time and energy to being a great store and reliable. I have been shopping here for 15 years and it's always great quality service compared to other running/sports stores.

I have been purchasing shoes from Fleet Feet for about 5 years. The product and service are top tier. I go to the St. Charles Missouri store for my service. Although all of the personnel are good at fitting your feet and meeting your demands, my favorite is Barb. She takes the time each visit to evaluate my shoe needs from the past purchase for any changes to my feet and does an exceptional job at making sure everything is perfect before she lets me leave the store.
Service makes the sale and Barb is the reason I keep coming back.

Your sales person spent a lot of time and effort working with me. She seemed very knowledgeable, helpful and eventually made the sale. My only encouragement would be to Smile a little more and just be a little more friendly. Other than that she did a great job.
