I love the time you spend with each customer. I don't always like the color selection of the shoes.

Like the machine that scans your foot so you are not just guessing what type shoe you need. Love the Hokka shoes, light weight and great support. You should advertise more for senior citizens. I was afraid I might be "uncomfortable" at my age (66) going to a running shoe store but needed the help finding a comfortable shoe, Very nice and professional people and my feet no longer hurt!
Kimmy was a very knowledgeable sales professional. She made me feel right at ease and she was very upfront about what my feet needed for a comfy fit. She really knows what she's talking about. I enjoyed my time in your store and I hope you'll let Kimmy know how much I appreciated her professional help. I told her so, but it might be nice to hear it from the Company.

Sales associates did not recognize me for some time. I did not realize I needed to sign in. No one shared that information for at least 15-20 minutes.
Didn’t seem to care if I was there or not. I felt apologetic for even being there.
I spent 175.00 there with not much concern from sales associates or appreciation.
I came from Winston-Salem where they valued and gave lots of attention in that store to those spending large amounts of money.
I probably will not go back.....sadly 🙁
The staff was very nice and helpful. I have MS and have a very hard time with my feet, legs and purchasing shoes. Your return policy is very helpful. So far I love the shoes. Thank you

Love the personalized, patient service. If I could change anything, however, I'd have more affordable shoe options. If not a reduction in the actual price of shoe, than perhaps incentives in other forms.

The service provided was great. I was fitted with a great pair of sneakers that fit well and price was less than Peltz Shoes.
I love the no hassle exchange, I felt bad coming back but I was accommodated with an additional fitting to try and get me in a comfortable shoe!

Great products and great customer service and knowledge of products
I couldn’t have been more thrilled to have Emily’s help this past Monday. I am a novice runner and thought that Fleet Feet was only for experienced runners, but when it came time to purchase new running shoes, I really wanted professional advice to ensure I was going to purchase the best pair for my feet. Emily took the time to walk me through my foot analysis, and show me several pairs of shoes. I never felt pressured to purchase anything and she let me take my time to make a decision. The customer sericce was excellent. I left with a new pair and I loved them! Our family will go to Fleet Feet from here on out for all our sneaker needs!
