We appreciate how clean your facility is, and that you have staff who constantly over-see the activities of the dogs. We appreciate that your staff is so professional and friendly, and seem to genuinely care about the dogs. It is comforting when we walk away to know that our little Boston Terrier (Libby) will be kept safe while she plays. And because Libby has digestive problems and must eat three small prescription meals a day, we are grateful that you will feed her the prepared lunch I provide which helps keep her healthy. I felt good about leaving my dog here for a week. My initial reaction was that the "interview" process was a bit of overkill, but after going through it, I get it. My wife was having separation anxiety and she mistakenly thought another older dog on camera was Sheldon. I called from NYC to check on him and a staff member texted us pictures two days in a row which put my wife at ease.
The Camp Bow Wow staff is an exceptionally caring and skilled staff. Seamus is always happy and pleasantly tired from playing so hard when he gets home. In the past our dogs would always have diarrhea or be "weird" for a few days after boarding at other facilities. Not at Camp Bow Wow, he comes home happy and well cared for. When I peek in on him per camera during the day, someone always seems to be playing or petting the dogs. I like that
very much. :)

3 - Very convenient. Close to home, easy on easy off the freeway
4- Very accommodating when it comes to boarding.
5- Clean and healthy. After 4 years I've heard one instance of fleas and one of mange.
6- Boarding prices are reasonable/good. I've only been one other place.
7- Only doggie daycare in the area. I could be wrong, I stopped looking when after I found them.

Good with my dog
It was my first time so I can't say too much, but my initial experience was great. Staff was very nice and honest about how my dog's first day was and didn't try to "sell" me the place.
The staff was very welcoming & showed a genuine interest in each “camper”! We liked the personal contact & interaction they had with their borders! Our 8 month old puppy enjoyed being there & was very well taken care of as we could access their cameras at any time & check on how she was doing. We will definitely be taking her there again when we are visiting in that area!!

I like that we can watch our dogs on the live webcam. It's also nice that you offer both daycare and boarding and that when the dogs are boarded they also get the play time. The interview process was well done. But, we'll let you know after our dog is boarded how things went.
Both dogs love coming to Camp! We were worried that our newest dog wouldn't like it as much as her brother, and despite her shyness, she ended up loving it. The staff was caring and patient, allowing Bailey to move at her own pace.
Flaco and I are very please, and thankful. My Flaco was really happy to keep coming back, and have a playtime with his furry friends during our stay in M B. I had time to relax worry free while my pet was also having a good time. We will come back to this facility in our next visit to M B. Thanks Camp Bow Wow.😍👌

I absolutely love how every staff member knows my dog! All of them are wonderful, so sweet & that makes me feel good about leaving her there all day. I enjoy being able to watch her on the Live Cams. Aaron has bathed her twice & has done a fantastic job! She is part husky & there is no end to her fur!
I have been happy with everything. The front desk staff is always pleasant and helpful. I can travel knowing they are in good hands with an attentive staff. When I pick them they are happy and tired from playing.

We've been to a couple of places and Camp Bow Wow is our absolute favorite! We appreciate that there are specific play hours (at one place we went they were out all day unless it was bed time and that's just too much), that you closely monitor their play, that you'll monitor and enhance their eating, that there is water readily available, and that there is a nice amount of staff available to assist (we've been to another place with only one person working the front desk, and that's no good for anybody). We also appreciate being able to contact you online. Mainly we appreciate that we can feel your love of dogs and what you do!
