Very professional initial meeting. Owner Jay was organized and I felt comfortable that my pet would be well taken care of. Tessa, the person providing care, was friendly and asked great questions. Also, the website is thorough and provides helpful information. While we were away, Tessa reached out daily with updates and questions and I felt confident that she had things well in hand. I arrived home to find a happy cat with plenty of food and water.
