Face to face contact with the pet sitter, serious interview by the pet sitter to understand the needs of our two animals (dog and cat)and contact by phone and e-mail to let us know that everything was fine in our absence. We had to extend our trip due to bad weather and it was reassuring to know that our animals were in good hands.

Everything! It was professional and personal! Olivia and Vanessa treated our dogs as if they were our own and we love that! One of our dogs is tough to manage because he fears everything. They worked with him every visit and eventually he warmed up to them. That's amazing! They sent us pics and personalized messages every single visit which kept us very involved and worry free. We traveled all the way to the East Coast and never once felt worried in their care. We came home to a delightful day by day note sheet with lots of details. Your service came recommended by a friend and we will absolutely recommend it to everyone we know!! Unfortunately we will be moving cross country in 4 weeks but if we stayed locally, we would always use them! A+ service and A++ people working for your company.

Always reliable; and send me a message when they have vistited and a little comment about the visit. Last time there was a fire in our toen that caused a water shortage and they brought over bottled water for the animals. Above and beyond! Have already recommended to many friends. Would never use anyne else!!
