I liked the initial visit in order to get an idea of the type of individuals involved with the company. Also appreciate the company's well thought out process from initial consultation to actual care of the pet which made me feel comfortable . Included in the daily services, were pictures and a text message which eased my mind while away from home.

The dog walkers are very friendly and caring. My dog walker always updates me on their walks or how my dog is feeling. They offer services if I need it.
When I was away my daughter had accidentally left the chain on the door, which made the key Aya was to gain entry with useless. She tried everything, and when there was no other solution, she went to my daughter's workplace and got the garage door opener which provided access to the house. Her determination was admirable.

I appreciate the quality time the pet sitter spends with my pets. I know she treats them like one of her own. She also seems very in tune with their mood each day.

Jay and Crystal do an awesome job in taking care of my dog (walking, feeding, treats and text messages with lots of pictures). I highly recommend their services.
