Mark Mandel is extremely service oriented. He stops by the house several times a day to check on the paint crew and its progress. He also spends time with the homeowner to hear their concerns, if any.
Mark has more than one paint crew working under his supervision, so it is natural to assume that there is a difference in the performance of each crew.
Mark is exacting in calculating his bid, which we found to be quite fair given bids from other paint companies.

Fair price, once job started it was completed quickly. To earn a ten, Mike, I should not have had to call you to ask about the start date of the job. As it turned out, on the same day of my second call, your painters were coming to my house. It would have been nice to know this in advance.
Dan Schaeffer, the local owner, was very easy to work with. He was a straight shooter and ultimately thats one of the main reasons we decided to go with him vs. the other companies we contacted. His crew did a really a nice job and were very helpful with moving/covering furniture and putting things back in their place.
