Service was excellent as well as the value provided. The only thing I would like is "newbie" support in finding what I need, as a lot of my friends are new to metalworking and taking on projects, having someone with the mindset of helping pick out metal for a project would be ideal. The general team members seem very knowledgeable but seem to set the expectation that I need to know exactly what I need when visiting.

Very friendly staff. Always polite and helpful, whether in person, over the phone or with e-mail. I appreciate the amount of inventory you have in stock. It does not require me to order from McMaster Carr online and have it the next day. I have requested same day delivery on select occasions and it was done. Also, I appreciate being able to punch holes and cut to size.
