I got exactly what I wanted. The stainless steel matched exactly with the stainless steel on the kitchen appliances.
My only gripe was the cost of sending a small 2 feet length of metal from Southampton to East Cowes on the IOW (a distance of about 5 miles) - £25.
Fast efficient service
We ordered 2 short lengths of tube for a prototype project and they were shipped quickly. Dan at the Manchester Trafford Park store was really helpful over the phone and was quick to assist with what we needed.
