First time at the Oakville shop. Must say, Sue is a dynamite package. I was looking for a brass piece of kick plate, longer than normal. A guage was seleted, but when i arrived to p/u, Sue had another option. We picked the other option, Sue had the piece sliced and wrapped in 15 minutes, at a 60 % savings to me, (The Halton Streetcar Museum in north Milton). Many thanks
