Helpful Staff and Competitive Prices
Sue is a dream to work with. We have a few other metal supermarket locations closer to us than Oakville but we go out of our way to deal with her. She is helpful, courteous and just downright lovely. We can always count on her getting us what we need.
Great selection of products that aren't available at other nearby stores. The materials I need are usually in stock and the turnaround times are typically 1-2 days (which is great because we often need materials ASAP). Service at the Oakville location (Sue) has been friendly and consistent. The Mississauga location has been fairly good as well, although there was one instance where I called to check inventory and was told you would call back but never did.
