Excellent customer service and great turnaround time. The best place to get metal is where the most metal-looking dudes work (at least in Burnaby... their team looks like they could be in a metal band which is pretty dope).

I only know a handful of metal suppliers which offer variety in stock, you're local, customer service is great, and price is what's kind of expected from someone who only occasionally buys metal.
