I am a big fan of the scrap bins, there is nothing else like it around. I have 100s of small projects to do and many times I wander through the cut offs and find what I need. It is great to see the waste not go to waste and I can grab a couple of things while waiting for the cuts to be made. I always get what I need there and as the larger metal shops offer fewer offerings, specialize and have more restrictive ordering, quantities etc. I think that Metal Supermarkets fills a need in the market that no one else is servicing.
