I only purchase small quantities of rod infrequently for my hobby. Being a very small scale customer, I'm very pleased with the way I am treated by the guys at the desk - very helpful, just as if I was a regular or major customer.

Metal Supermarkets almost always has the type of metal I'm looking for in stock, and they can cut it to the size I need. Although they don't guarantee a precise cut, usually it is quite close, in most cases close enough to be used as-is.

You make it possible for the little guy to buy bits and pieces without feeling like a second class citizen. To repeat, you folks are a pleasure to do business with!
