Quick and courteaous.
1) Metal factory cut to within 1/8" of an inch to specification.
2) New steel, probably stored inside, no rust.
3) Competent employees who understand the customer requirements
Overall very good service .The delivery time was actually quite good considering the uncommon (and expensive) piece that I ordered (3/8 x 3/4 x18" cold rolled.
