The web site and online ordering process was very difficult to navigate and use The online ordering process needs to be improved. I recommend calling direct instead of using the web site. Once i spoke to a sales rep the process was easy and pickup of material was easy as well.
The guys are nice ,they had my order cut and ready to go so I didn’t have to wait.
