Everyone sells their product but the guys at this location didn’t ask if I wanted one piece or a hundred. They just answered questions had ideas of their own once I explained what I needed and were the most helpful staff I have ever dealt with and at 68 I have had manny a year of interactions with vendors.

Works great for a DIY guy like myself, lots of different material and they cut just what I need. Nice that the material is under roof and easy to go look at ahead of time. On some specific sized material (2 x 1" angle) they got me a quote fast and got it to their store in a decent timeline.

Everyone who answers the phone at the niles location is usually very helpful and is quick and efficient. I always have to get an email confirmation for price for my accounts payable and it always comes in a timely fashion. They are my go to for anything metal.
