A very friendly and dedicated team of trainers providing clients the much needed push, motivation, encouragement and patience that we all need to reach our goals of fitness, weight loss and personal well-being. Used to be a previous client years ago but now with more programmes, fitness classes not forgetting the personal touch being offered to suit each individual client movers and shapers(Stanmore) is a first class gym.

I very much like the fact that each class (and I only ever do the Total Body Workout) is different and that it's 30 minutes! No time to get bored with the exercises! I really like the classes led by John - he is great and his 6 or 9 minute sets are ingenious. It is friendly and a good atmosphere especially for someone like me who is not a gym bunny!
