I like the friendly atmosphere and staff. There is an intimacy in the size of the place. Enjoy two very good yoga classes with Jane and Delara. Hoping there will continue to be daytime yoga and perhaps more of it. Some of us prefer this form of exercise and peace with no children present! It is very important that classes like these are on offer.

You have rules and guidelines but you listen and are reasonable as well as personable. The most annoying thing is an organisation based on principles. There is a time and place to quote policy, knowing when not to is great customer service.

Great staff good classes
I like the variety of the classes that are on offer from circuit training to pilates to spin classes there is such a wide choice available and great to combine different types of training to your fitness regime. I also like the ease of booking and cancelling sessions through the i-phone app - great for a busy mum on the go! I have also found the trainers to be very accommodating and helpful especially when attending a class for the very first time. For these reasons i would certainly recommend Movers & Shapers to a friend.
30 minute lunchtime classes mean I can swing by on a lunch break and actually have time to shower and buy lunch within the hour I get. Also the staff are friendly and classes varied enough so you don't get bored. The ease of booking and cancelling online.

Small group training
Friendly and adaptable (I turned up for the wrong class and the guy not only moved me to the next but changed it to powerplates to suit what I was hoping for). Always check on injuries. The powerplates just make it really unique. Always enjoy coming for a 30 min blast that you feel the next day :)
