The instructors made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I was very intimidated because I haven't been able to exercise for the last 2 years due to a spinal fusion. They listened to my concerns and explained all the benefits of yoga for my individual needs, encouraging me, never pushing, and answered any questions I had.
I like the 90 min class! Everyone is always friendly, including staff members. I like the schedule of classes. I normally can make 2 classes per day. Would be nice to have a variety of teachers teaching the 530 and 500 classes. Would like to have more classes at those times w brad, Suzanne, Stacy, Andrew, Amanda, and mischa. Hate that Eugene will not be teaching there anymore:(. Maybe Brad or Andrew could teach Saturday morning classes now? Studio is usually clean but several times the showers are not cleaned over night bc 530 they still have hair in drains. The cubby holes where we put our clothes are dusty! I wear black a lot and white dust gets all over them. Thank you so much for getting a fan in women's locker room!!! Love it! Would like to see a clock in there. Like to see more re-enforcement when it comes to not allowing gum chewing or noisy bracelets/jewelry in yoga room while we practice. I really don't mind gum chewing but there are yogis that smack or chew w mouth open the entire class and it's distracting. Girls wear noisy bracelets and makes distracting noises through out the entire class. Thank u for the iPhone app. Like checking in! Overall I am so happy that I have this studio to go to everyday!

Super friendly, not at all the all mighty bikram yogis I met in another studio where the experienced yogis would talk to each other but not to the new students. Paul always has a smile and remembers you.

Friendly staff, great work out
I think the best part of my first visit was that I had read the instructions before going so I didn't get surprised with all of the rules. Second I loved how I felt after the session. I have never had such a clean detoxifying feeling from a workout! I was also very sore from my abs. Everyone was friendly at the front desk and during the session I was nervous and the instructor called out my name to encourage and tell me I was doing a good job on my first visit!
The instruction you get is incredible.
I love that you can sweat and do yoga at the same time. Very friendly staff. Clean dressing areas/bathrooms.

The Arlington location is so wonderful, my only suggestion for improvement would be to clean the shower stalls better, there is built up mold in the grout.

Very friendly atmosphere. Most of the instructors are supportive and helpful. I can see who is instructing and plan accordingly when to practice.
I love the warm loving atmosphere. The teachers are great and take a real interest in my practice. Everyone knows my name and the people at the front desk are warm, friendly and helpful. I met Stacy, the owner, right after I started coming and fell in love with her. I was so impressed with the class she taught on improving your practice because I felt like she would have stayed all day to help us.
