How I feel physically and mentally after a hot yoga class! No more back pain! I'm also able to handle the stress of everyday life (work, family) more effectively. Bikram Yoga Grapevine instructors are supportive during classes. As a result of yoga in Grapevine, I've increased strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. In addition, I've improved my diet without really thinking about it and find I'm not easily upset by outside factors like I used to be. I don't compete with other students in class, but may be inspired by them. I just do the best I can with my body that particular day. And I always walk out feeling so much better!

I love the whole bunch of you. Bikram Yoga in Grapevine is so engrained in my being that I was totally miserable all the time I was unable to be at the studio.
