I love how consistent my studio experience is here. Every time I walk in I’m greeted by name and offered services and they check on me and make sure I’ve got everything I need. The room is always scorching hot! And the changing room is exceptionally clean. They have great merchandise and an awesome fridge with local snacks healthy options and delicious local drinks (kombucha). I appreciate everything they do at the studio to make the experience consistent comfortable and open to everyone. If you come to the studio you get to practice with beginners all the way to the highest level. It’s a great experience and it’s a great place to practice every single day! The teachers are great unique and fun as well as encouraging! They take the time to pay attention to other students and offer good verbal instructions as well as consistent dialogue. Overall one of my favorite studios in the United States.

Great energy, clean studio,it always feel good to see happy ,smiling faces. Instructors take a personal interest in your progress & are very encouraging with your practice. Most importantly the postures mixed with the heat have been very effective with healing my body. Finally the knowledge received from each class teaching us how to meditate , breathe , the importance of water as well as learning to be perfectly still & calm under very challenging conditions. Toughest thing I’ve ever done but the benefits match my effort.

This was my first Bikram hot yoga class and I joined with a coworker while traveling to Grapevine on business. I didn’t know what to expect, but this class was awesome, the instructor was very helpful for me being a new student. I left this class feeling so relaxed and calm. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great hot yoga class.

The location was very updated and clean. The floor mat is great! The mens room is clean and bright with all the right stuff and layout.

Love, love, love the studio, the teachers, the wide variety of class times. Y'all are just awesome! Would like to see a few more IHP classes- maybe a 5:30am or a 5pm option just one day a week.
