When I walked in to enquire about joining your staff at the front desk showed passion for what you do; your gym and dietary staff were friendly, supportive and a credit to your organisation. You make losing weight seem rewarding and fun.

The staff are friendly, knowledgable and make the, what could be a daunting experience for some people, very relaxing!
The workout sessions are short but intense and easy to fit into a busy day. He team from trainers to desk staff are friendly and efficient. The trainers are always there to help and advise. The focus on my personal goal has been a great motivator once I reached the goal it's been easy to maintain.
Not much apart from the men's locker area- it's just that not many of my friends work in the Docklands area.
The trainers give great encouragement and the programme is straight forward, quick and easy to follow
All the staff our very friendly and take into consideration any past injuries. Only thing I would point out to friends is that they have to warm up before coming as there is no stretching area and after 2 sessions I picked up an injury.
I like the personal attention I receive every morning. It makes the difference and helps me to keep with the programe

The staff are the best I have ever seen. They are all so friendly and can not do enough for you. I enjoy going in for my workout and I know I will always be greeted with a smile. Just an overall great service.
