Standard of trainers not the same, some very poor. Didn't feel I got 1:1 attention from trainers, not good value for money

The appointment system is great as I am less inclined to skip a session if I have booked in. Previous gym memberships were wasted as it was too easy to stay at home and make excuses ! Having an arranged appointment prevents me from skipping training! Getting to know the trainers also helps as they take such an interest in my success I feel as if I'm letting them down if I don't work hard.

Trainers are very dedicated to help clients enjoy and train hard when in gym. All staff are very friendly and professiona seeing excellent results in a short time is very positive

Better Ab work. I fail to see rock-solid abs on any before/after photos
