It’s a good size studio, with plenty of light and very well located. I only had Gayle as a teacher in this studio. She is outstanding! What a fantastic teacher!!!

The actual class/work out is excellent. Teachers are great ( patient, flexible if you need modifications, non-jugemental) I appreciate the scheduling process that allows one to book classes well in advance.
I score 9/10 because I would like to see classes offered earlier and/or later. I need to be leaving for work by 7:15am at the latest. A 5:15am class twice a week would be great!
