I like all those instructors who give detailed description of each move. I wish there was more flexibility in cancelling and/or switching the class time/session.
I liked the instruction. My instructor was very helpful making sure my form looked correct. I also liked the class itself. Worked my core in a way that didn’t hurt my neck or back.

I have tried alternate Pilates studios, like Club Pilates, and think RTR's format and instructors are better trained and more motivating. I always feel like I leave class having had a great workout and uplifted.
Kristen is a terrific Pilates instructor. Her classes are never boring! Every class is different and you leave having worked your entire body.
The quality of instructors.
Several instructors are providing challenging classes therefore I always have a class I can attend that meets my fitness goals. These instructors also work very hard to provide new and creative exercises so it does not become routine.
They are also well versed re: muscle groups and how not to get hurt. It is like working with a certified personal trainer and I appreciate their knowledge.
