Excellent instrutors! Love Alex wish she lived here! Ayle, Lisa, Julie, Cathy, Brittany, Mufeung, too many too list, some are just not teaching when I can attend Love the Potomac studio, lots of room and light. My only wish since this is my main work out, is that there were more classes with a bit higher intensity, NOT like a HIIT class or orange theory, but like adding in something that would get your heart rate up like incline walking. Or sometimes in the level 2s you do get to push off the bar and get some air or have one leg on the reformer and lift the other up into the air. Those kinds of moves that get you a bit sweaty and feeling alive. I love the circuit training classes and used to attend in Great falls on saturdays, but traffic ruined that. Maybe there could be a level 2 with a splash of circuit on the schedule? If a full class is too much? Love the teachers who don't just teach, plank, bridge, leg circles, arms. Appreciate more variety when you are coming 5 times a week:) Miss the happy hour pricing and old pricing too, Haven't things recovered since COVID, when with that come back? Seems business is going very well. Happy hour just makes it more fun! Thank you sooo much!

I love your 6:15 am classes! Christianne and Danielle B. are so great. Can you please have another level 2 or 2+ class at 6:15 am on Monday? You had it for a few weeks with Christianne, and it was great!

The locations I have been to are very convenient. The trainers are professional but also very flexible in making adjustments for physical issues. The facilities are clean and relatively spacious.

I like your location, the instruction of Julie S. over the last four years. Last year, I also liked classes by MCB.
I wonder if your operation could be improved by having some of the Cadillac machines, which give you the option of attaching springs with foot and hand holders and bars to the upright portion of the device, rather than having everything on one plane. Some of the Cadillacs I have seen also have steps with springs with various resistance levels for work on balance.
It was so great to see Joanne G. back as our Instructor. Love her technique to first focus on breathing, core work and then correct form through Pilates movement.

The number of classes offered at a number of locations....and introductory levels. And, for me, Tom at Palisades is excellent and he's been available at 6:10 Tuesday evenings for as long as I've been a member. His cueing and cadence are just right for me and from what others in the class have said, for them as well. Well maintained and clean workout space and excellent reformers.

the instructors are really good. One small comment is that sometimes they don't really make themselves available to people as they arrive to greet them and give them an opportunity to get their attention. instead they're socializing at length with other people up till the second the class starts.
also I'd rather pay more than have the classes so large.
and I don't think people with no experience should be attending classes until they go to a basic intro class. it's disruptive to the rest of the class if someone is in the class who doesn't know fundamentals, and this is all the more an issue with classes being so large.
Joanne is an excellent instructor...and has a great sense of humor. I get so much out of her classes.

I have back problems. I love core exercises on the reformer.
I usually enjoy class very much, especially when it is with an instructor who takes the time and makes the effort to be present to his or her captive, paying, audience. This engagement includes giving attention to what is going on in the room and teaching mindfully; enforcing the rules of RTR (no cell phone calls to be taken by members of class in the space); and beginning on time. I am pretty choosy about which classes I sign up for; this is a sign of respect for the discipline and for the instructor--and for myself. I hope it's not too much to ask for the same respect to be shown to me. (The cell phone experience happened some weeks ago, and was addressed only after several minutes of distracting noise and a frustrated plea to instructor; the tardy starts have occurred at different studios with different teachers, often attributable to chatty clients, but still.... Instructors need to be in charge and to protect the rights of the many rather than indulging the selfishness of the few.) Thanks for considering these remarks.
