I love how close the classes are to me. The parking is very easy, and the length of the classes is just right. What I love the most are the instructors! Lisa is amazing in keeping the class fun and making sure that we get a great workout. Both Lisa and Brittany help me pay more attention to the muscles we are working on by giving clear and specific instructions for each movement, and they come up with different ways to work the muscle groups, so the class does not ever feel boring. When I leave the class, my body always feel lighter and more aligned.

I appreciate how Tiffany made specific recommendations so I could get the most out of the upper body parts of the exercises yesterday. I'm a male with decent upper body strength and often feel like I get more out of the upper-body exercises. I don't usually know the best spring adjustments to accommodate so I especially appreciate how Tiffany guides me in a natural way without disrupting the flow of the class.
It was my first time and I felt welcome instantly. The class was very well led and it was the perfect pace for a beginner like me. After taking a 6-yr break after having kids, I’m excited to get back into strengthening my core and achieving a more toned body!

Great facilities and easy parking. This is not close to my house and I will go to McLean when it reopens but this is a lovely option while McLean is undergoing renovations. I REALLY liked the circuit training class! This was the first time I’ve seen it on a schedule and I will look for these in the future.

The instructors are dedicated and knowledgeable and the facility is immaculate. There are classes throughout the entire day not just before and after work. The instructors switch up their routines so you're not doing the same exercises. It's never dull or boring. I absolutely love RTR!
