Instructors are all excellent. RTR is great!
As a male with decent upper body strength, it would help if instructors guided me to increase resistance at the start when doing arm, back, shoulder work. Adjusting mid-exercise is not always doable depending on the positioning or it’s not clear if more or less springs make sense. Maybe they could make suggestions for those wanting a bigger challenge.
In McLean, Tiffany, Joanne, Gina and Regina are great at that. I get a much better workout.

All of the teachers are great even the new teachers, great workout for me.
I like the wonderful instructors and their close attention to form. I do Pilates because it is gentle and yet very effective in strengthening muscles, as well as balance and posture.
Variety of each workout and the personalization of each instructor when we need help or adjustment to what we are doing.
The instructors are all great - consistent, clear instructions, and friendly. The class is satisfying, you get a good workout of the day in, done by morning, and ready to face the day!
The new app is nice, but you can no longer schedule multiple classes at once, or I haven't found the way yet.
This was my first class. I loved everything about it. The location was clean and spacious. Yara was the instructor and was super helpful. Went over everything prior to class and gave clear directions during class.
