Friendly staff. Fairly clean.

Everything is fine just we need big fan in fitness room , some classes is too full and hard to breathe,

There is an employee named Gabriel at the Sunrise gym that really turned the entire place around. I wrote a review in January saying I would not continue in my membership because the facility was very filthy. Gabriel is amazing and I don’t know how he does it. I go 2 hours a day 5 or 6 times a week, and he never stops working the entire time I’m there. Although I mentioned several times that vandals lock the lockers so no lockers are available, nothing was done until Gabriel showed up. He regularly unlocks vacant lockers so they can be used. I mentioned him to my dad, who has been a member since the gym opened and he noticed Gabriel too. It’s amazing what one guy can do. The guy is great. Len Last name removed

Everyone is friendly and helpful, and the building and grounds are maintained very nicely!

The friendly staff, the great equipment & love love the pool & steam room. The women's locker room is always very clean. Joining Family Fitness has been the best thing that I have done for myself in a long time. The price is very reasonable and affordable. Thank you Cal Fit!

Very clean and everyone there is nice just a good environment with great workers

Employees are super friendly and helpful. I especially enjoy Blaine at the desk in the morning greeting each member by name. Great personal touch by him.

Love that there is child care and classes

The friendly staff are so pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. The gym is clean, the equipment in good repair, and I like the classes. The Roseville gym has very good air circulation which is crucial when working up a sweat!

I like the availability of various group exercise classes throughout the day. I’m not locked in to a certain time frame, mornings or afternoons, to accommodate my busy schedule albeit I already have my favorite classes and make these my priority.

I prefer the Rocklin location due to the updated equipment and cleanliness. Not like some of your locations.

Well, I wish they provided towels like they used to for the swimming pool. But, I LOVE that the pool has a COVER (so Nice to be able to swim in semi shade without having to wear a hat! The Silver Sculpture teacher is fabulous (but the music in Every class is WAY TO LOUD for most elderly people with tendinitis or just sensitive ears ;-) I love the shaded parking too. The guys at the front desk are really sweet.
