Has everything I need.

The family friendly environment, I like being able to get a good workout with lots of equipment and my kid can play or swim. It's a combination of a serious gym and a club.

The equipment at the Laguna location is excellent. The pools and spa are good too.

I like that there are a lot of options of ways to workout while in the clubs. And I feel comfortable being in the club. There are lots of different people of all shapes and sizes and I don't feel out of place.

I have been a member for may years, like the 90's. I have always liked it. Since my accident, where I have a implant my arm and had a broken shoulder, when I got better i used the rowing machine to help me get to 95% of shoulder and arm use—at first I could hardly move anything. Everyone is busy concentrating on their own thing so I like doing my own thing. But I do hope, when I can afford it I would like to expand to a club with a swimming pool, so I can try doing swimming…you know I have lost 100ils with Weight Watchers!

Pros: Variety and availability of classes. Family friendly. Very friendly employees. Cons: quality of machines at the greenhaven location is really poor, especially when one compares to other locations.
