Kid friendly and the amenities.

The midtown gym keeps getting better and better, but still feels relaxed. The renovated locker room and showers are great, as is the TRX room. My big request for this location is better treadmills.

I love that I can workout while the kids go to kids club and they are having fun and being active with the kids equipment and they are not just sitting their coloring or watching tv, which they can also do. There is a variety of equipment, which is what I like. Good classes! And I enjoy jumping in the pool with the kiddos and enjoying some family time. I also like that everything is new and clean!

Fairly large, good mix of equipment, pleasant staff, never too packed. Good location + parking.

Open space and friendly environment

Friendly environment, I go to the Greenhaven facility, while the equipment may be "outdated" .. 99% of the time they are functioning. The facility is clean and I don't have any challenges with availability.

The employee are there when you need help or even when you have a question. They always greet you when you come in or out. They make you feel like a family there.

I can almost always get on the equipment I need when I want. My favorite is the new recumbent bike with closed captioning at will.

It's kid friendly and the facilities are constantly being upgraded. I know I'm getting the best that a gym has to offer.
