Clean,healthy environment. Friendly, happy people. Friendly and helpful staff!! Love my coach, Luda! She is very conscientious about my safety and health. She knows just hard to push, tells me which muscles we are focusing on with each exercise she teaches throughout the entire workout! I'm still learning the environment because I have recently joined.

Free towels and free coffee, at the gym on 43rd and not crowded.keep it a hidden gym. I enjoy playing basketball at the bond Rd gym and Natomas gym. The gym in downtown is confusing to find some exercise machines but I do like the way it looks, I've only been there once. And the roof top basketball court looks really cool. Alhambra gym is nice the way it is free towles and coffee.

The only thing you can do is increase the number of fitness centers. There's too many people without gym etticate during busy hours. Waiting for equipment can be typical.
