My favorite and most enjoyable feeling about California Family Fitness is their employees. I'm always amazed at how kind friendly and cheerful they are in the ability they have to leave their problems at home. Just now got home from the Carmichael location and was once again reminded of this by the employees at the front desk they are so incredibly kind to me

Friendly and easy to use.

Family friendly. I used to really appreciate when the people at the front would greet and say goodbye to everyone coming through the door. I see that's no longer a practice, with many of the employees chatting with each other up front. Disappointing. It was a nice touch.

I go to the Greenhaven Club and I like the friendly atmosphere of the club members and the Cal Fit staff. Manager David does a wonderful job managing the club and is always available for questions or concerns from club members.

Staff is always great, and so many machines to pick from.

Friendly people work for CalFit. I also like that there is a nice selection of machines to use. I like the aqua classes, and the Zumba Gold class.

Have tried Body Fit recently and Jessica and Sahara were great!

Clean gym and good equipment.

The clubs are always clean including the shower rooms.
Everyone that attends seems serious about fitness and those who are not drop out quickly.
The points program earned from attendance are kinda cool as an incentive to work out although I would attend without receiving them.

I like that its not crazy crowded all the time and that it looks clean and the arrangement is open and easy to navigate with enough spacing around the machines. Also the music being played is much better than at the Bond Rd club which plays old boring classic rock music.
